Transition to Calm: An Online Series

Four Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm - Feb 12, 19, 26; March 5

Use poses, breathwork, and myofascial release balls (or tennis balls) in a gentle yoga practice to transition to evening mode for optimal digestion and sleep.
