
This is a two hour workshop to experience the synergy between myfascial release (MFR) and yoga. You'll learn what fascia is, the benefits of working with it, and how to use it to gain mobility in specific body regions. You'll explore variations of dancer pose and notice how the MFR work can enhance your experience.
